Life Ministry Centre is run by an Eldership.
The purpose of the Eldership is to oversee the well-being, proper functioning, spiritual oversight and direction of the church community.
Each elder is carefully selected according to the Biblical criteria laid out in 1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-9. New elders are selected by the current Eldership Group. The Senior Pastor acts also as Chairman of the Elders.
